- Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed.
- Please arrive on time. After 10 minutes late, your spot may be given to another guest.
- No-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

- We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
- Tips in cash are appreciated and go directly to your technician.
๐Refunds & Redo
- All services are non-refundable.
- If you are not satisfied, please let us know within 3 days so we can fix it for you.
- We do not offer fixes for work done elsewhere.

- We may take photos of your nails for social media and marketing purposes.
- By receiving services here, you agree to the use of these images unless you request otherwise.

- For everyone's safety and relaxation, children must be supervised at all times.
- We are not responsible for accidents caused by unattended children.

- We follow strict hygiene and disinfection protocols for all tools and equipment.
- If you have any nail fungus, open wounds, or infections, we may refuse service.
